Hi all-
After 10 treatments, I've completed radiation! I didn't eat ice cream for breakfast, but I did dance a little jig in celebration. My uncle also gave me great news, which only made the day even better! So, I'm ending my evening, writing to you all, sharing my events & joy.
The dirt road that cancer has had me on, sure has been full of pot holes, but today the ride has been smooth! Days like today, are what we look forward to while participating in this battle. Please continue to write me; I still, and probably will always, draw my strength from all of you.
We won this battle!

Tiff,
I don't know of anyone who can fight this battle as hard as you. YOu are such an inspiration to so many people but I want you to know, even though I am not treading down the road you have for the past year, you have lifted me so many times. I can't tell you how many times a day I think of you and tell myself...if Tiff can face the battle and win (and you will) then "what is my problem?" I check your website quite often and I look at the photos and I see that beautiful smile and the beautiful person who owns that smile and I am thankful that God put you in our lives. I love you. You and Steve and Cas are always in my thoughts and prayers. I love you and look forward to seeing you around Christmas in VA.

Hi Tiff,
Funny you blogged today. I was thinking of you as I rode my bike today to Waimanalo and back. Crazy as ever. Backside is sore, but getting ready for the 100 mile at end of month. That's pails in comparison to what you have accomplished. Your attitude, fortitude, and willingness to share are a role model for all of us. Geogia slipped from grace as did Ohio State on Saturday, but never mind. They will meet on January 8, 2009 for the national championship! Go Buckeyes, Go Dogs, Go Tiff. Dr. M-Ps Dr. Balfour says "hi"
